This policy applies to all orders of kids’ electric ride-on vehicles placed on our website and shipped anywhere across Vietnam .

2. Shipping Fee

  • A flat rate of 59,000 VND applies to every order, nationwide.

  • This fee covers handling of bulky items (electric vehicles) and includes the required electronic sales contract.

3. Order Processing Time

  • We prepare and ship your order within 24 hours of order confirmation.

  • In rare cases (stock shortages, system updates), you will be notified immediately.

4. Delivery Time

  • Typical delivery takes 1–3 business days from hand-off to our logistics partner, depending on your location.

  • For remote or hard-to-reach areas (narrow alleys, mountainous regions), delivery may take longer or be subject to refusal under safety considerations .

5. Returns & Return Shipping Fee

  • If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return the item within 30 days under our Return & Refund Policy.

  • A fixed return shipping fee of 59,000 VND applies to every return, nationwide.

6. Address Requirements

  • Accuracy is critical. Please enter your full recipient information, including province, district, and commune, according to the merged-province names mandated by Resolution 1211/2016/UBTVQH13. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or refusal.

7. Shipping Methods

  • We partner with trustworthy third-party couriers offering trackable, insured shipments.

  • You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

8. Exceptional Conditions & Liability

  • Under force majeure (severe weather, natural disasters, major traffic disruptions), delivery times may be extended. We’ll keep you informed.

  • If the courier damages the vehicle in transit, please inspect upon delivery and refuse the package or note damage on the delivery receipt, then contact us immediately.

  • We reserve the right to refuse delivery to unsafe or inaccessible locations.
